From Wem
Leave Wem on the B5476 to Shrewsbury. Two miles out of Wem you will cross a railway bridge with two tight bends. Two hundred yards after the bridge turn right and follow the signs to the airfield.

From Shrewsbury
Leave Shrewsbury via the A528 to Ellesmere. Three miles out of Shrewsbury at Harmer Hill this road becomes the B5476. Two miles along this road at the end of a long straight, two hundred yards before a railway bridge turn left and follow the signs for the Airfield.

From the M54
When approaching Shrewsbury on the M54 (A5) at the first roundabout take the A49 for Whitchurch. After two further roundabouts follow the signs for the A528 to Ellesmere. Three miles out of Shrewsbury at Harmer Hill the A528 becomes the B5476. Two miles along this road at the end of a long straight, two hundred yards before a railway bridge, turn left and follow the signs for the Airfield. |
